Do I need to create a personal account to make a purchase?

How to create an account?

To create an account, simply click on the Login button on the tool bar of the page.

Once in the Login page, you can enter your e-mail address and click on the Create my account button to easily create an account.

Once you've completed all the required fields, you're ready to start making purchases.

You'll then receive a confirmation message and a confirmation e-mail asking you to confirm your profile.

Important: Please be sure the information you provide is correct and that there are no grammatical errors in your address. This allows us to provide you with the timeliest service possible.

Will I expect password limitations?

Your password must contain a minimum of 6 characters. We strongly suggest using both numbers and letters for reinforced security.

How can I verify my account?

Simply enter the e-mail address and password given when you signed up and you can verify all your personal information.

Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten you password, simply click Forgot my password in the login page. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address (the one given when signed up). Once entered, click Send and you will receive a new password. Easily retrieve it from the e-mail address provided.

Why do I need to create a profile?

We ask that you create an account so we can better serve your needs. We want to learn more about you and your tastes and we also need to be able to contact you easily in case of an unlikely problem. This allows us also to send you special offers on your birthday, for example. And you can always change your preferences to suit your likes and dislikes.

Why should I provide more than one address?

You can enter different mailing addresses on your profile (and choose one default) so you can have the items purchased mailed to separate addresses, if you so choose. One can also serve as your billing address.

What is my saved items?

It is a list of items that you have saved for a future consultation or order. You can delete the items in the list or transfer the saved item to your shopping bag at any time. You must be registered to benefit from this functionality.

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to newsletters?

The Manage my newsletters link is located in My subscriptions. You can easily locate this page from My account. Once there, you can subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletters of your choice.

In order to deliver all items, we require that you provide a delivery address. This is the most important piece of information for us. You can also register your credit card information safely and securely in your profile.

I would like to change my postal code, is this possible?

If you've purchased an item and it's in the shipment stage, it is important that you contact and inform us as soon as you can. Please contact our customer service department at

This way, we can track your item and have it delivered to the correct address. If you haven't purchased an item, you just have to change your address in your profile. Don't forget to speak with your credit card company and ensure the addresses match up.

What billing address will you use?

Once you enter your credit card information, you will be asked to provide a corresponding mailing address. Note, the billing address for both and your credit card must be one in the same.



Why are some prices crossed?

When an item is part of a promotion, the regular price is crossed out while the promotional price is not and will be the one applied when completing the order.

What happens if a product is on presale or backordered?

The indicated shipping & handling fees are those that are related to a single shipment. Therefore, if you order includes articles that are not yet available, you have the option of waiting for all to be available or have them shipped separately, based upon the availability of individual items. If you select the second option, shipping & handling fees will be charged for each shipment.

What is the displayed price?

The price of each item that you order is the one displayed next to the item offered on the Site.

What are the applicable sales taxes?

The purchaser agrees to pay to the seller the taxes based upon the address where the order will be shipped. An order to be sent to the U.S.A. is thus, not taxed. For an order shipped in Canada, the taxes depend upon the province; for example, for Quebec, the added taxes are QST (Quebec Sales Tax) and the GST (Goods & Services Taxes).

How can I know the status of my order?

On the My Account page, under My Orders, different links allow you to see your completed orders and those that are in progress as well as information pertaining to returns.

How to order an item?

To order an item, you must first login after having created an account and place the item in your bag. In the bag, click on the button Place Your Order or on the Place Your Order link (under the amount to be paid) to go to the next step.

  1. Shipping the order
    You must identify the location (shipping address) where the shipment will be sent or select one of the address that you have defined in your account. If none of the ordered items is in stock, you must choose between the different shipping options; bundled or separately. You may then select the shipment method: regular or express.Click on the button Proceed to Payment or on the Proceed to Payment link to go to the next step.

  2. Payment
    You must first select your method of payment (credit card or pre-paid card). If you have already registered a credit card to your account, it is displayed by default; all you need to do is re-enter the security code on the back of the card. If you have not registered a credit card to your account, a form will be displayed to allow you to enter the appropriate credit card information. You may choose to add the card to your account.

    For pre-paid cards, you must enter the number on the card. The available amount will then be displayed. You can select the amount to be debited from the card. If the available amount is insufficient, you must enter the number from another pre-paid card or pay the outstanding amount with a credit card.Click on the button Commander maintenant or on the Proceed to checkout link to go to the next step.

Can I have my purchases sent to different addresses?

Yes, you can choose different addresses for each item if you so please. You can do this easily by choosing one of the addresses you've entered when you sign up. What are the fees in case of delivery to different addresses?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the postal code of every recipient, the exact shipping weight and the type of delivery chosen; they apply to each parcel.

Delivery charges are waived on all orders placed through the site that meet the following conditions:

What is the time limit for returning an item?

You have up to ten (10) days from its reception to return a product to; for either a refund or an exchange. When you return an item, you must include the invoice and a note that details the reason behind the return.

How do I return an item that is not defective?

If the item is not defective, the return will be subject to a 10% administration fee, and delivery charges will not be refunded. If the customer benefited from free delivery, the administration fee will be increased to 20% of the sales price of the returned item.

How do I return an item that is defective?

In the case where an item is defective, it will be exchange for a new copy of the same item. If Archambault has delivered the wrong item, Archambault will ship the correct one. In both cases, send back the item, Archambault will cover the fees associated with the delivery and the risks .

How will I be reimbursed?

In order to return an item, the customer must visit one of the Archambault locations, where personnel will process the exchange or refund. A customer who cannot travel to the location must call the Archambault Order Department in order to take the appropriate steps.

What is the policy with regards to returning electronic items and accessories?

No exchange or refund will be granted on electronic items and accessories with the exception of defective items.

A defective electronic item or accessory must be returned within thirty (30) days of its reception and will be replaced with a functional one. will deliver the same item in working order to you and shall cover the shipping fees as well as assume the risks.

For items that were damaged during shipping: you must check the item in order to insure that it was not damaged during shipping. In the case where the item was damaged during the shipping, please put the item back into the original packaging and return to sender. It that case, the package will be returned to If the package is damaged, refuse its reception.

For items that are defective upon trying them: the manufacturer provides a warranty included in the package that covers the defect. For details related to the manufacturer's warranty, it is packed with the product.

The Groupe Archambault does not cover the fees associated to returns to the manufacturer in the case of a manufacturing defect.

The accessories purchased from cannot be exchanged, nor reimburse in an Archambault store.

What is my shopping bag?

The shopping bag is exactly the same as any shopping experience, except it's all done online. It allows you to browse products and put them on hold until you're ready to purchase them. In this virtual shopping mall, the system remembers all the various products you like and click on. My shopping bag will also tally your total costs, one item to the next. Changed your mind? No problem, you can easily add or take away any item selected.

How can I see my shopping bag's content?

Just click on this Shopping bag button found on most pages.

How can I add an item to my bag?

Adding items is easy. Just click the Add to bag button found beside most products and you're well on your way.

How do I change the quantity of products selected?

You can modify the quantity by entering the specific number in quantities box. Then just click Adjust and your tally will change.

How do I remove an item from my bag?

Click Remove located directly under the product's image or enter zero in the quantities box. Once you click Adjust, the item will disappear from your bag.

How do I empty my bag?

You need to remove each item individually.



What are my payment options?

How to use a gift card ?

Gift cards are very secure as they have a preset limit corresponding to the balance of the card and thus, it is impossible to spend in excess of the balance.

To purchase an item using a gift card, simply enter the card?s code in the payment field provided when you complete your purchase. The amount available on the card will be displayed and you can choose how much you would like to apply to your purchase.

If the amount of the purchase is less than the amount on the card, the balance will be retained for your next purchase, which you can check at any time by logging on to your account. If the amount is higher, you can pay the balance with an accepted credit card.

Can I use multiple credit cards?

Sure, you can always modify which card you use. Simply click on the New credit card link found in Payment modes on the My account page. This will allow you to update, register or unregister credit cards of your choice.

Which credit card will you use by default?

You make that choice when you first sign up and enter your account information. In other words, the credit card you first enter will be the one we use by default. You can always change that option in My account: In Payment modes, simply click on Registered payment modes and that gives you access to all your card information. The Use this card by default button will let you choose which card you prefer. If you've only registered one card, that's the default card.

The purchaser must pay for his or her product in full including taxes, as outlined in the sales contract. A 10 per cent penalty may be incurred if you haven't paid the total of your purchase.

How can I print my receipt?

The Issued purchases link can be found in My purchases. Simply go to My account, click the link and you can easily print your receipts from there.
