- When you use an Archambault Gift Card, you accept its terms and conditions.
- You must have your Gift Card in hand when you make a purchase. The Gift Card can be used in stores and on archambault.ca.
- The Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotions.
- They are not refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The Gift Card starts at $10, and can go up to a maximum of $500
- The Gift Card and its balance expire 24 months after the purchase date.
- Archambault will not refund or exchange a Gift Card without the cardholder's authorization or if it is stolen or lost.
- The amount of your purchases is deducted from the Gift Card until the balance is $0.00. The Gift Card is refillable, and the expiry date is automatically reactivated for two years.
- If a card is damaged or defective, Archambault will replace it only if it is possible to identify the account number.
- The refund of products paid for with an Archambault Gift Card will be automatically credited to your card. If the amount refunded is over $500, it will be divided on more than one card.
- Archambault can modify, at any time, and without notice, the terms and conditions of the Gift Card.

What amount can I put on my Gift Card?
The amounts range from $10 to $500, and you can refill the Gift Card as many times as you wish.
Where can I purchase a Gift Card?
The Gift Card is available in all Archambault stores. Simply ask for it at the cash, and it will be activated immediately.
Can I use the Gift Card in any Archambault store?

How can I use it to shop online?

Do I have to use the total amount of my Gift Card for one transaction?
No. You can use any part of the amount, and use your balance for your next purchase.
Does the Gift Card have an expiry date?
Yes. The Gift Card is valid for two years year from the date of purchase.
How can I check my Gift Card balance?
You can check your balance here, or in one of our stores. Simply enter here the number on the back of your Gift Card and click on SUBMIT. Your can also check your balance at the Archambault store where your Gift Card was purchased. To find a store near you, click here. You will need your Gift Card number.
Can I order a Gift Card via the Archambault Website?
No, the Gift Card must be purchased and activated in stores only.
What can I purchase with my Gift Card?
If my Gift Card is lost or stolen, do I get a refund?
The Archambault Gift Card is your responsibility. Archambault does not refund stolen or lost Gift Cards.
Can I exchange my Gift Certificates for a Gift Card?
Yes. Simply go to any Archambault store before your Gift Certificate's expiry date.
Can I order a large quantity of Gift Cards?

Can I use more than one Gift Card?
Yes, you can combine several Gift Cards when you purchase a product.

Applying a Promotional Code

Promotional codes cannot be used together with another promotional code or one of our special offers. Only one promotional code per transaction.
Please note that other restrictions may apply to the use of a promotional code.
Unless otherwise stipulated, no promotional code can be redeemed in any Archambault stores operated by the Groupe Archambault inc. or one of its affiliations or subsidiaries.
With respect to those promotional codes that are money based and in the eventuality that the dollar value of the purchased items is less than the value of the rebate, no amount will be credited to your account, nor will a supplemental promotional code be issued. Therefore, we recommend that you always purchase one or a combination of several items with a total price that is equal or greater than your promotional code.
Are there inherent conditions in accepting an order?
The reception of a confirmation email for an order does not automatically mean that Archambault.ca accepts the said order and is in no way a confirmation that Groupe Archambault inc. warrants the sale of the items.
Archambault.ca does retain the right, without prior notice, to refuse to deal with a customer and/or impose a limit on the requested quantity of an ordered item. At all times, it might be necessary for Archambault.ca to complete a background check on your identity and credit prior to accept to fulfill an order.
The Civic Code of Quebec and the Consumer Protection Law provides legal guarantees namely related to hidden defects as well as usage of sold goods. These legal guarantees also apply to this sale.
This guarantee can in no way hinder, or suppress the leagal guarantee provided by the manufacturer when there is one.
Out of stock items
An item that is back order means that the product is currently unavailable. It is possible that the order is being processed with one of our suppliers, out of stock, recalled, or discontinued, if so, you shall be advised.
Archambault.ca displays all the items that can be ordered from either one of our suppliers. It must be noted though that these items may not be in stock in one of our stores or the website. In the case where Archambault.ca must wait for one of the out-of-stock items becomes available, it is possible that your order be held back prior to expedition.
Archambault.ca does in no way guarantee that the items displayed on its site are available. At anytime prior to the site's reception of the item, you can cancel the order by calling our Customer Service Department. It must be noted that out-of-stock that have been ordered from our supplier and have not been delivered by said within ninety (90) days will automatically cancel your order without prior notice.
Archambault.ca will in no way be held liable for any damage that you may experience due to the out-of-stock item.
Archambault.ca and its affiliates do everything in their power to ensure that the information on the site is as accurate as possible. However, Archambault.ca does not guarantee that the product descriptions or any other content on the site Archambault.ca. are accurate, complete, reliable, up to date, or exempt of errors. If a product proposed by Archambault.ca does not comply with the description, your only recourse is to return it in its original state.
The prices of our products are displayed in Canadian currency and the applicable taxes are added to the amount. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Canadian currency. Archambault.ca retains the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are always billed on the basis of the amounts in effect at the time when the order is recorded.
Archambault.ca calculates the taxes based upon the address where the order will be shipped. An order to be sent to the U.S.A. is thus, not taxed. For an order shipped in Canada, the taxes depend upon the province; for example, for Quebec, the added taxes are QST (Quebec Sales Tax) and the GST (Goods & Services Taxes).
The payment of your purchased items must be completed through a banking card: American Express, MasterCard or Visa. We do not accept checks or money orders.The proposed fees must be covered in accordance with the payment procedure detailed during the registration process. The customer accepts to cover the total cost as well as additional fees of the purchased item, including taxes. Archambault.ca can modify the price after having advised the customer. The customer is the sole responsible of the actual payment of the purchased item. Archambault.ca. is not responsible of payment problems related to operation of e-commerce service.
Risk of a lost item
All purchases completed on Archambault.ca are done so in accordance with the shipping contract. This means that the risk of losing an item and property rights associated with the item are transferred to you at the moment when we remit the item to the carrier.
Upon reception of the returned items, the amounts that were debited from your credit card and/or on your Archambault.ca prepaid card for Archambault.ca with respect to these items, except for shipping fees, will be credited as soon as possible under the condition that the items that are subject to the return were done so by you and received by Archambault.ca in the same condition as they were when they were shipped and received by you.
There is no reimbursement on downloadable items. If a paid download does not work due to a technical problem, we will verify the cause in order to correct it and you will be able to download it again.

Groupe Archambault inc. operates the Archambault.ca website (herein know as the Site). The present contract is a binding agreement between the Site's user and operator (Groupe Archambault inc.)
